14th August – Parent-Whānau Teacher Interviews

From 11.00 am to 7.00 pm for Y11-13 students only. Interviews for Y9 & 10 students will be held in term 4.

Due to the Parent-Whānau Conferences there will be no classes on Thursday 14th August. Year 9 and 10 students will be given work to do at home on this day. Senior students are encouraged to come to the conferences with their parents or caregivers.

To book your interviews, go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz in your browser, and enter the event code 7c7kj. Then follow these three simple steps:

  1. Enter your email address, your name and your phone number.
  2. Then choose your Preferred Meeting Type: either In person, or Phone. You may choose only one meeting type.
  3. If you need to book for more than one student, change the “Book for 1 student” setting, and enter the number of students you wish to book for. Then enter the name(s) of the student(s) and click “go”.
  4. Pick the teachers you want to meet.
    First, select the subject/role, then choose from the list of teachers.
    If you want to see your student’s Dean, the Guidance Counsellor, the Deputy Principal, the Assistant Principal, the Learning Support Co-ordinator or the Special Education Needs Co-ordinator instead of entering a subject enter Dean, Guidance Counsellor, Deputy Principal, Assistant Principal, Learning Support Co-ordinator or Special Education Needs Co-ordinator then choose from the list of teachers.
  5. Once you’ve selected all the teachers, click “go”.
    You’ll see a timetable showing when your chosen teachers are available. Simply click on the times that suit you and click “go”.
  6. When you have finished, your interview timetable will be emailed to you. You can return to the site and enter the event code 7c7kj again to change or cancel your interviews.

If you don’t have internet access or you need help making appointments, please call Yvonne Lane or Jane Eyles at the school office (phone 368 6159 or 0800 467 6943). They will be able to make bookings for you.

If you choose to make a phone interview, please ensure that the phone number you enter is for the phone you will be monitoring on the day of the interviews.
If you come into the college for in-person interviews, you can collect a map from the front office if you need help to find your way around.
