The focus of the 40 Hour Famine for 2021 was to support their work in Malawi. We recently received a letter of appreciation from them and it included the following comment.
“This year, Carter and Jamie have displayed teamwork, leadership and collaboration and have been an outstanding World Vision 40 Hour Famine organising student
team. We saw them rally their peers and stand up for justice. We’d like to acknowledge these efforts by awarding the World Vision Outstanding Student
Leadership Team Award. Thank you for all your hard work and I look forward to supporting your school further with education resources, understanding global issues and developing
leadership skills in the year ahead.”
